Genital warts treatments includes medications, freezing genital warts with liquid nitrogen or genital warts treatment through surgical excision and laser abation.

-Trichloroacetic (Tri-Clor), Dichloroacetic (Bichloracetic) acids - Cauterize skin
-5-Fluorouracil (Efudex, Fluoroplex) - antimetabolic, antineoplastic, and immunostimulative activity
* interferons :
-Interferon Alfa-n3 (Alferon N) - approved by the FDA for injection in refractory condyloma acuminata
Medications used for topic genital warts treatment in women are :
-Imiquimod is an immune response cream which can be applied to the affected area
-A 20 percent podophyllin anti-mitotic solution, which can be applied to the affected area and later wash off
-A 0.5 percent podofilox solution, applied to the affected area but shouldn't be washed off
-A 5 percent 5-fluorouracil cream
-Trichloroacetic acid (TCA)
